On this page, you can request an appointment or consultation with our team.
- Consultations:
No deposit is required to book a consultation appointment. - Services under $300 or lasting less than 3 hours:
A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. - Services over $300 or lasting more than 3 hours:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Once your request is submitted, a pre-booked appointment will be created in our system.
The appointment status will initially appear as “Processing.”
The associate you selected will review your request and will have up to 24 hours to confirm and update the appointment status.
Cancellation & Reservation Policy
At Marcia’s Looks Salon, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved and customized specifically for you. To ensure we can continue providing an exceptional experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask for the following courtesy:
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when we receive a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for regular appointments or at least 4 hours’ notice for appointments booked on the same day.
For reservations involving services under $300 or requiring less than 3 hours, failure to provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
For reservations involving services over $300 or requiring more than 3 hours of dedicated service time, failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit, plus an automatic $100 NO SHOW fee charged to the payment method securely stored on file.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect for the time our artists reserve exclusively for your experience. Your courtesy allows us to continue providing exceptional service while accommodating other guests awaiting availability.
